HHS developed Healthy People 2020 via a collaborative course of that drew on expertise and input across a number of Federal companies , state and native governments, academia, business, group and skilled organizations, and members of the public. In order to make sure a robust system of monitoring and analysis as properly as government transparency and accountability, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation has designed a Health System Tracking Project. The Health System Tracking Project is a dynamic, web-based software that displays knowledge on key health indicators, compiled from throughout federal sources, along with descriptions of the measures and hyperlinks to data sources. Good metrics will allow policymakers, providers and the public to observe adjustments in well being care quality, value and entry and allow them to grasp the results of those modifications across the well being care system.
